My writing career started in elementary school when I wrote, illustrated, and published my own family magazines and birdwatching books. (Too bad all the beautiful, tropical birds I drew were nowhere to be found in Minnesota!) I've been writing and telling stories ever since.
Over the years, that has meant writing articles for the Minneapolis St. Paul Business Journal and London Business Matters; writing technical documentation for Epic's lab software team; researching and writing nonfiction books on astronomy, biology, and computer science; and creating all of the marketing materials a tech startup could need, from video scripts to remarketing ads to web copy. I enjoy using photography to tell a story too, and all of the photos on this site are my own.
I care deeply about accuracy and clarity. I get excited when I learn new things or experience a new city. I look for teams with diverse backgrounds and talents who are working to make a positive, tangible difference in the world.
